Smart Fridge

Smart Fridge is a result of the ubiqutous digital agents project at the Amadeus Virtual Research Centre in the University of York, Computer Sciece Department. Before telling you more about this thing, I will let you know that a brand called LEXICLE is going to put out this product in the market for sale all around the world.
Its a result of ultra mordern technology and furistic techniques. THis fridge has a tv like LCD with menu options and character called ALEX, who would suggest you on quick recipes and items in the fridge when you are in a hurry, it would also intimidate you on things that are about to go off. Its connected to network and a printer to get the lists of items that have been consumed and has to be replaced. Lets say if you dont have anymore eggs in the fridge, leave it all to Alex and he will let you know perfectly on time. Some other companies like LEXICLE is looking forward to an added fucntionality to the current smart fridge. How? Answer is they will connect this smart fridge to many super markets in the city and smart fridge will order the items on your behalf after confirmation from the owner. Not only this, once this happens the supermarket recieves the list, the items will be delivered at your place, on your account the money will be debited. World will be one good place. Isnt this FUTURISTIC?
